Yes, reservations can be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your reservation. The reservation number issued when you made the reservation and the email address you registered at the time of reservation are required to cancel or make changes to your reservation.
All cancellations made 7 days before pick up will be refunded free of charge, all cancellations withins 7 days of the rental’s starting date will be refunded with 50% of the total amount paid at the time of booking the rental.

Pickup Service
Upon arrival, you will find a representative of Afro Car Rentals with your name carefully and beautifully written on a card. This card will be lifted for you to easily find it.

Payment Issue
To keep our customers’ data safe from hackers, we have partnered with Stripe for secured payments. You can also make payments via Mobile Money in Ghana.
Stripe payment gateway strictly obeys the privacy policies of countries it operates in. It complies so you don’t have to pay extra for your data security.
Car Damages
Required Documents
Each person who intends to drive must provide a valid driver’s license to drive in Ghana and a passport. All of these items must be submitted on the day the car will be picked up. Kindly pay with an affiliated credit card.
You will need a valid International Driving Permit.
